When collecting your personal data, Amber Girl is acting as a data processor for the charitable arm of ART JEWELLERS STUDIO SP Z O O (the Company), who is responsible as 'controller' of personal information for the purposes of those laws.

The charitable arm of the Company is the official distributor of the Save the Sea Bracelet. However, Save the Sea Project is independent from the Company's commercial activity and 100% of the net profits from the sale of the Save the Sea bracelet are donated to the Foundation for the Development of Gdynia Aquarium in line with the Save the Sea Project's mission and goals - protecting and restoring the Baltic Sea.
