Ewa Gajewska 'Amber Girl’ collects your personal data in connection with your use of savethesea.pl in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable privacy policy laws. When collecting your personal data, Amber Girl is acting as a data processor for the charitable arm of ART JEWELLERS STUDIO SP Z O O (the Company), who is responsible as 'controller' of personal information for the purposes of those laws.

The charitable arm of the Company is the official distributor of the Save the Sea Bracelet. However, Save the Sea Project is independent from the Company's commercial activity and 100% of the net profits from the sale of the Save the Sea bracelet are donated to the Foundation for the Development of Gdynia Aquarium in line with the Save the Sea Project's mission and goals - protecting and restoring the Baltic Sea. 

Amber Girl takes your privacy very seriously. We ask that you read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information about what to expect when we collect personal information about you, including how we will use your personal data and the steps that we take to ensure that it is kept safe.

Amber Girl shall process all personal information in accordance with data protection legislation and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy, including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
